1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Travmak. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travmak website and all travel related services booked through us, including Umrah packages, international tours, visa processing, air ticketing, and B2B travel solutions.

By browsing our website, making an inquiry, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Travmak reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services We Provide

Travmak is a travel management company offering the following core services:

  • Umrah Packages — economy, premium, and VIP packages covering visa processing, Haram-proximity accommodation, transport, and ziyarat guidance.
  • International Tours — curated group and individual holiday packages to destinations worldwide, including flights, hotels, and guided itineraries.
  • Visa Assistance — documentation support and visa application processing for tourist, business, and Umrah visas, subject to embassy and immigration authority approval.
  • Air Ticketing — domestic and international flight bookings across major airline partners.
  • B2B Travel Services — wholesale rates, white-label booking support, and partnership solutions for travel agencies, corporates, and resellers.

Travmak acts as a booking intermediary between you and third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and ground transport providers. While we manage the booking process on your behalf, the final delivery of each service remains subject to that supplier’s own terms and availability.

3. Booking, Pricing & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment, as specified at the time of booking.
  • Package prices, airfares, and visa fees are subject to change based on availability, travel season, currency exchange rates, and supplier pricing updates. Travmak will confirm final pricing before payment is finalized.
  • Any balance payment must be cleared before ticket issuance, visa release, or hotel check-in, as applicable.
  • For B2B clients, pricing, credit terms, and payment cycles are governed by the individual partnership agreement signed with Travmak.
  • Travmak is not liable for price fluctuations imposed by airlines, hotels, or visa authorities after a quotation has expired.

4. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility depend primarily on the policies of the relevant airline, hotel, or visa authority, not solely on Travmak.
  • Some bookings — including promotional airfares and certain Umrah packages are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Where a refund is approved, processing timelines follow the supplier’s own refund schedule and are outside Travmak’s direct control.
  • Travmak’s own service charges, consultancy fees, and visa processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the underlying booking.
  • Amendment requests (date changes, name corrections, package upgrades) are handled on a best-effort basis and may incur additional fees from the airline, hotel, or visa office.
